French Buzz Artist Madeon Headlines the Sony Xperia Z Launch Party

The screen on this powerful little machine has to be seen to be believed. BRAVIA® TV tech gives you 1080p HD quality on your cell phone and the 5” full HD Reality Display packs 443 pixels per inch, for razor sharp pictures and superior brightness.

The Sony Xperia Z’s slim, handsome design will slip easily into your pocket, ready for anything, wherever you go. But don’t let its elegance fool you. The Sony Xperia Z is tough and built to withstand conditions that just kill the ordinary smartphone. See what Sony does to their Xperia Z here, and be amazed.

No matter what your working (or playing) conditions, the battery-life extending Stamina Mode also make this the most reliable — as well as good-looking — smart phone out there.

To launch the Xperia Z, Sony took over the basement of the gorgeous London landmark Victoria House, Bloomsbury Square on 19 March. In those environments the classic merged with the current and guests were treated to the sounds of electro/house French buzz artist, Madeon (see his wildly popular video, Pop Culture, a mix of 39 songs composed on the Novation Launchpad.

Fans, media, celebrities and more were there to celebrate the seamless merge of cutting-edge music and technology. They even witnessed an artful interpretation of the handset’s ‘Holi festival’ TV ad. See the robotic painters bring some unexpected colour to the venue, below:

You may have missed the launch party with Madeon and friends, but with the Sony Xperia Z you’ll capture your own celebrations in style with its 13MP camera. Superior Auto mode and low-light tech borrowed from Sony’s CyberShot cameras mean that even amateur snappers can capture stunning images from this smartphone.

The Sony Xperia Z is here. Are you ready to take the call?
