British blue-eyed soul man Jamie Lidell has just released his first new music since 2013.

The new tune is “Believe”, a slow-jam ballad. Lidell says, “it’s an honest admission of self doubt. I even feel vulnerable releasing this song, which is why I know it’s important.”

Pussy Riot told NME that the song is dedicated “to Eric Garner and to all who suffer from state terror—killed, choked, perished because of war and police violence—to political prisoners and those on the streets fighting for change.
