G E Light was born in Tallahassee, Florida and has lived in IL, Sweden, Germany, MA, Yorkshire, London, and the Bay Area. Currently he lives in Starkville, MS. He began his radio career at URY, the UK’s oldest legally independent radio station. He was involved with KZSU, Stanford for a decade serving as both Chief Announcer and General Manager, while writing a dissertation on beer and Shakespeare. His current radio show, “One Bourbon One Scotch, One Beer” is part of WMSV Mississippi State’s The Juke Sunday Blues programming.
