In which a skeptic attends his first tribute band concert and comes out the other side convinced that not only is the Australian Pink Floyd Show the real deal, it may be even better than the real thing.
Seen ‘em three times, and each time has been as good as or better than the real deal; affordable ticket prices, great seats, excellent sound and lights, and a spot-on performance that includes songs the real PF hasn’t done in decades, if ever.
If PF ever did tour again, the prices would be stratospheric, the seats nosebleed, and the venues would sound like tin cans. I’ll take the Aussie Floyd any day.
