Diminishing Returns

After just three episodes, The Amazing Race: All-Stars is already looking like a bad idea executed poorly.

This is the most disapointing race ever.
Phil thinks Rob & Amber the greatest.
Rob is all smiles when he puts something over on the other contestants and pouts when things don’t go his way and then Amber mothers him.
Couldn’t the producers get any new contestants?
As far as my family is concerned last week was the final week for us.

I don’t know, I’m enjoying this season much more than the last few (any since before the terrible family edition). I think it’s interesting to see how the teams have changed or havent - like seeing the funny guys from season 1 looking old and worn out. I didnt know Joyce was a “two-bit actress” (didnt she work for Enron or Worldcom? that was their hook first time around) and didnt notice her new...um, “fun bags” (???). I dont find her and Uchenna “self-righteous” either, though definitely corny. And you didnt mention my favorite team, Oswald and Danny, who may end up winning (especially if they continue to stay in Spanish-speaking countries).
