(HBO, 2006) Rated: Unrated

US DVD release date: 27 March 2007 (Docurama)

by Jack Patrick Rodgers

This film shows a growing, dangerous mentality in American political and corporate life: the widespread refusal to acknowledge any problem, to accept any responsibility for mistakes made, or to fix any error until a disaster occurs and enrages the public.

Jack,

That is a great summary of that documentary.  I saw the end of it on HBO several months back and I didn’t know the name of the film.  You did an excellent job of surfacing the disturbing nature of her investigation and the questions it raised.  Also, I agree that the Diebolt folks seemed like they were straight from general casting.  I guess stereotypes do have their place.
