Your Email Address

How this works:

1. You will first enter your email above and click 'submit'.
2. If your email address is found in the database with an account, you will be sent an email to confirm that you wish to reset your password.
   • The email will be titled 'Login information for PopMatters'.
   • If you do not receive your email, please check in your spam or junk folder.
   • The email contains a link you must click to confirm that you wish to reset your password.
   • The link will expire in 24 hours from the time that it was sent. If you do not click on it within the 24-hour period, you will have to request another confirmation by filling in your email address above.
3. Once you have clicked on the confirmation link, you will be emailed a new, randomly-generated, password.
4. Please login using the new password and change it to something memorable immediately.
