School of Seven Bells
Alpinisms Deluxe Edition
(Vagrant)
Releasing: 3 October

School of Seven Bells is releasing a deluxe edition of their debut album, Alpinisms, October 3rd. In this case, “deluxe” means a digital-only version with all the original songs plus 9 bonus tracks of reworkings, remixes, and alternate takes of tracks from the critically acclaimed album.

Their new version of “Iamundernodisguise” sounds like an estrogen-laced version of Fleet Foxes, only what that band does with guitar strings, sisters Alejandra and Claudia Deheza do with their voices.

School of Seven Bells kick off their first North American headlining tour tonight at Johnny Brenda’s in Philadelphia, PA. Depreciation Guild, Phantogram, Warpaint, and The xx are among the openers on the tour. Check out the rest of the tour dates after the jump .
