ShareYou would be right to expect something a little more than “out there” from Philadelphia’s Annie Sachs, what with a name like Tickley Feather and all. She conjures up strange pop song-spells in step with her Paw Tracks cohorts, Black Dice and Animal Collective. Her upcoming album, Hors D’Ouevres, will be out next Tuesday, October 20th.
