On April 25, LA duo Electric Guest, consisting of Asa Taccone and Matthew Compton, will hit the road with their full band in support of their debut Danger Mouse-produced album Mondo on Downtown Records. Out April 24, Mondo includes infectious tracks “This Head I Hold” and “American Daydream”.

Recently, Danger Mouse posted about the collaboration with the band via his website saying, “When he [Asa Taccone] played me the demo of the song “American Daydream” he did with Cornbread [Matthew Compton] (sounding pretty much as it sounds now) I was completely hooked, it was just so damn effortless. I played the demos over and over for more than a year and pushed him to do his own album”.
