Remember when you were a young, anxious person riding in the back seat of the family car, watching the miles roll away while on a trip to some god-awful destination handpicked by your cruel parents? There was no radio, or at least nothing interesting coming out of it, and you’d exhausted all your reading material a few hundred miles back. All you had was your imagination and your fidgety mouth. It was fun and free, and while it probably got on your dad’s nerves in less than an hour, you walked away satisfied and entertained. Fruit of the Spirit from the compulsively creative Paleo is all of that.  It’s youthful, imaginative, entertaining, and deeply personal in the way that most great art is.
