Like A Stuntman

YOY

(Bureau B.; US: 22 Nov 2011; UK: 24 Oct 2011)

The title is Why, Oh Why? That certainly sets the band up for some quick, witty but ultimately dismissive reviews. This will be quick, might be witty, and will be, if not dismissive, then certainly not overwhelmingly positive. You see, the trouble is that the songs just don’t go anywhere. They start, get stuck in a certain groove, offer up some nifty sound effects here and there, go nowhere, and then come to an end. What more is there to say? At least there are a few cool song titles to gaze at—you gotta give credit to these cats for “Symptom of the Ocular” and “Ooze Yeah Ooze”.
