This electro-pop duo has a lot of Toni Basil-ish fun with this EP. The opening title track is a summery, sugary, bubble gum pop nugget that seems to get the six-pack collection off on the right foot. Meanwhile the groovy “Uh-Oh” sounds like it came from a classic Duran Duran album with its bass line steering the pop nugget along perfectly. The electro-pop theme continues with “Tiger Toy” that has the singer oozing with confidence as blips and bleeps run through the song. Think of a new Madonna track that she could cover quickly and you should get the picture behind this tune. But nowhere is the Basil-like sound more evident than the punchy, bubbly “Saturn Rings”.
