Warm Ghost, aka Paul Duncan, takes the lovely a capella harmonies of Mountain Man’s delicious folk pop tune “Play It Right” and coverts it into an infectious slab of electro pop. The warm synth washes add dimension and orchestral flourishes ala OMD that really take the song to a whole new level. Duncan has been busy of late, following the release of last year’s Claws Overhead EP, work on an upcoming full-length album with his musical partner in Warm Ghost Oliver Chapoy. The group has a number of upcoming SXSW appearances as well that you can check out after the jump.
