Stream the new song "Somebody" from Jukebox the Ghost.

PopMatters put Jukebox the Ghost on our “Best Hopes to Break Out in 2012” piece. Writer Billy Hepfinger wrote “here’s hoping their next album, rumored to be due out next year, is the one to put them on the map in a big way”. Well that album Safe Travels is no longer a rumor and it will be out next month. Jukebox have offered up two songs as a teaser from the new album via their website.

The first song “Somebody” can be streamed here, but the second “Oh, Emily” requires you submit your email address on their site to get the download.

If you want to learn the chords for “Somebody” the Hear Nebraska website has that info and an interview with Ben Thornewill on their site here.

Then the band recently held a “secret show” at Rockwood Music Hall in New York City where they previewed their new album in entirety to a small and select audience.
