Stars' latest album releases early in September and they have a big North American tour plotted out in support of the record.

Stars’ latest album releases early in September and they have a big North American tour plotted out in support of the record. Beginning in Maine and ending, most naturally, in Toronto, the band will be busy until late into the fall. Interestingly, they are basically giving the album away to fans who buy tickets for any of their headlining shows in the US. Those folks will receive a free digital download of The North. No matter in what medium it's first released, the new Stars album contains two of the absolute best pop songs of the year -- and the rest ain't half bad, either.
