It's music for your body and head.

The Souljazz Orchestra‘s upcoming album Solidarity releasing 18 September via Strut Records is a delicious mix of summery semba and samba that’ll have you getting jiggy on the dancefloor. But there are some serious ideas behind the warm jams. The group has just released a stream of “Cartão Postal”, which looks at the contrast between the glitzy beach tourist resorts and the surrounding poverty of the locals. It’s music for your body and head. The group will tour North American in the late autumn and tour dates are below the jump.
