Raleigh, North Carolina powerviolence newcomers Abuse. share the first blistering taste from their forthcoming LP debut on To Live a Lie.

Though just recently making waves with their Hygiene Records 7” A New Low, Raleigh, North Carolina powerviolence band Abuse. have not slowed up one bit. Shortly after that 7” was released, the band announced that they had finished work on an upcoming debut full-length on venerable grindcore, powerviolence and punk label To Live a Lie Records.

The first track released from the record is a brief, punked-out shrapnel blast that recalls classic powerviolence filtered through I Love to Relax-era Rise Above. Though short, the song showcases the band’s vicious focus and is a perfect teaser for the LP’s expected August release.
