André Cymone has a long history of collaboration with Prince, as well as being a top notch producer and solo artist. With his latest album, The Stone, Cymone shows us why rock is always better with the funk.

Bah humbug to all of those tossers who think rock is dead. André Cymone still believes and he makes you believe it too. “Rock and Roll” is a scorching toe-tapper that restores the faith in rock ‘n’ roll’s ability to really move us. The Stone reflects the remarkable musical and personal journey that’s brought Cymone from his influential early days to his current creative mission.
