The up-and-coming London group Shadow Culture takes on a Nick Cave tune, "Push the Sky Away", at Sofar's intimate London venue.

Following our premieres of HUGH and Young Rebel Set‘s performances at the cozy Sofar London venue, we’re happy to offer up another fine performance at this increasingly popular spot, this time by the up-and-coming London outfit Shadow Culture.

The band has already picked up some momentum following the release of the song “Demons”. The video of Shadow Culture’s Sofar London performance further adds to the anticipation, as it captures a young band that’s as comfortable singing the songs of others as much as its own. Playing Nick Cave’s “Push the Sky Away”, the band gives a spirited performance, the song’s beautiful vocal interplay gives way to a well-honed crescendo.

Anyone in the London area can see Shadow Culture perform a free-entry show at The Yard, Hackney Wick, in London on November 27th.
