Blur Bring 'Lonesome Street' and 'New World Towers' to Brooklyn (video)

by Brice Ezell

6 May 2015

Blur performed to a packed and enthusiastic crowd last week at Brooklyn's Music Hall of Williamsburg; these performances of two Magic Whip tracks document the fun.

Following their performances of “Ghost Ship” and “Song 2” from the Music Hall of Williamsburg, which PopMatters shared yesterday, Blur have made available two other video performances from that gig, in addition to a brief interview with the band. In the interview, Blur explain what it is that makes small shows so special for them, as well as their experience with the city of Brooklyn.

The Magic Whip is out now via Parlophone.
