Chuck Mead, the co-founder of alt-country’s BR549, releases his latest album Journeyman’s Wager on May 12th and features his usual eclectic blend of roots rock sources. “I Wish It Was Friday” has Mead bopping around town on a scooter to a honky-tonkish rockabilly tune.
