CBS eats Last FM but will it get indigestion?

As you probably heard by now, another major media company has swallowed another big Internet phenom.  Beyond the news, it’s worth pondering what this means for both “old media” and “new media.”  One of the few places that gives you that vital info is here: Caroline McCarthy What does CBS want with Last.fm?
