It sounds like good ole Charlie Greene needs a Prozac or two on this new tune where "everything gets [him] down".

But you wouldn't know it from the bouncy Texas dancehall tempo. Still, country music has always been known for sad songs (some with upbeat rhythms) that end up cheering you up. Kinda like the blues, which country music draws half of its DNA from. Today we are premiering the aforementioned song "Everything Gets Me Down", which is a really catchy toe-tapper draped in irony.
