FaltyDL Offers Up a Droney Track With “New Haven”

An airy fever dream of a track that recalls Steve Reich and Oneohtrix Point Never in equal measure, FaltyDL’s track “New Haven” is far dreamier than the Connecticut city it shares its name with. The song appeared in August on the producer’s album In the Wild; now it’s got a technologically awing new video that makes use of aerial drone cameras as well as a filmmaking technique called Schlieren Imaging, “to visualize the normally invisible flow of air.”
