Micky Blue – “Submarine” (video) (premiere)

London-based, New York-raised singer-songwriter Micky Blue dubs her music “haunted pop” which you can hear in the melancholy strains of her music, which taps into the melancholy side of pop music. Perfectly timed for the current zeitgeist led by Lorde, Sia, and Florence Welch, the percussive, thunderous “Submarine” combines gigantic hooks with a minimal yet lavish arrangement, and its enigmatic quality is enhanced further by her new video for the track.
