Mara Naaman

I am a former academic and current student in the MFA program at The City College of New York. I taught Arabic and Comparative Literature for several years at Williams College and have published articles and reviews on Arabic and American literature and popular culture, as well as a book titled 'Urban Space in Contemporary Egyptian Literature: Portraits of Cairo' (Palgrave Macmillan, 2011). Presently, I live in New York with my family and am at work on a novel.
