Ben Travers

Ben Travers is an awards season analyst and prognosticator with a devout interest in all things film & TV. A graduate of the University of Iowa's film and journalism departments, Mr. Travers got his start during his adolescent years when he wrote movie reviews as a hobby for his family and friends. Specializing in Hollywood productions, Travers went on to write for his high school newspaper, The Chief, his college newspaper, The Daily Iowan, and most recently served as an assistant editor and columnist for a start-up film website. In addition to having published articles on Oliver Stone, the Academy Awards, and multiple box office projections and analysis, he has written multiple screenplays, with a few being picked up for production. He also worked on set for The Odd Life of Timothy Green.
